The teaching profession is going through a strange time and the job market is reflecting this. With a surplus in Scotland and shortages across the UK, we dive into some of the reasons for these disparities and seek to add our thoughts on this difficult subject. Our aim with this episode was to shed light on a growing problem for many and hopefully bring more awareness to the issue.
